Taxi overturns and injures 16, including toddler, on Villiers road─── 11:48 Fri, 25 Nov 2016
Villiers - Sixteen people including an 18-month old baby have sustained serious to moderate injuries after a taxi overturned on the R54 Villiers Road approximately 20 kilometres from Three Rivers on Thursday.
When paramedics arrived on scene they found that the taxi had overturned multiple times and several people had been ejected out of the vehicle.
Thirteen people were found to have sustained minor injuries while one person sustained moderate injuries.
One adult and an 18-month-old baby were found to be in a critical condition. The toddler was intubated on scene before being transported to a nearby hospital.
