The Super Rugby kicks off at 9:35 on Friday morning when the defending champions, the Highlanders, lock horns with the Sharks at the Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin.

This match will be followed with another South African team in action when the Melbourne Rebels play host to the Toyota Cheetahs.

The Cheetahs enter the match full of confidence following their outstanding 92-17 drubbing of the Sunwolves last week.

The in-form Rebels will look to return to winning ways after losing 38-13 to the Hurricanes in Melbourne a week ago.

The Cheetahs have named an unchanged starting XV for the match and speaking out of the Victorian city, hooker Torsten van Jaarsveld told OFM Sport that he believes they can make history on their tour down-under.

“The team feels confident after last week but we know the Sunwolves were not on par.

“This tour is definitely one with which we can make history by winning all three games.

“None of the teams are easy games as all three are really good. We will have to dig deep and take our opportunities when we get them.”

This kicks off at 11:45.

Meanwhile, at 7:15 tomorrow morning, the Jaguares tackle the Sunwolves. At three o’clock in the afternoon, the Stormers host the Reds in the shadows of Table Mountain and at 17:15 the Southern Kings face the Lions at Port Elizabeth.
