Bloemfontein - Delegates attending the Farmbiz Agribusiness Africa Conference underway in Johannesburg this week will leave with a much better understanding of how to go about doing business in Africa.
This is according to Albert Laubshcer of Plaas Publishing, which is hosting the event. He says a panel discussion including the likes of Agbiz CEO John Purchase, the Deputy Director of the Department of Trade and Industry Elaine Alexander and more gave a lot of insight into how governments work:

Laubsher says the potential of the weather to disrupt the best laid plans was really driven home after Agriculture Minister Senzeni Zokwana’s flight from Umtata was delayed due to bad weather. He says, however, everything was well managed, with Alexander standing in for Zokwana in the panel discussion and the Minister’s addressed rescheduled for the afternoon session.
