Sunday’s Nedbank Cup Last 32 match between Bloemfontein Celtic and Roses United could be postponed at the 11th hour.
North West Shining Stars and Roses met in the Nedbank Cup preliminary round, but Stars launched a protest alleging that Roses fielded an improperly-registered player.
Stars have taken their case against Roses to the South African Football Association appeals board, which could result in the match being postponed.
Meanwhile, Celtic coach Clinton Larsen told OFM Sport that he believes the match will be a great spectacle for Bloemfontein.
Sunday’s match at the Free State Stadium is scheduled to kick off at 15:00.
