Celtic confirm Matuka signature─── 16:38 Tue, 26 May 2015
Bloemfontein Celtic has made their second signing for the 2015/16 Premier Soccer League season by securing the services of defender Thabang Matuka for the next three seasons.
The hard tackling defender joins the side from Maritzburg United after a four-year spell at the Team of Choice in which he made 49 starts.
The signing comes on the back of the departures of Joel Mogorosi, Magogi Ga-bona-mong, Limbikani Mzava and Lerato Manzini.
At the conclusion on the previous season, former AmaTuks striker, Godfrey Massa of Uganda was named as the teams’ first new signature.
It was also revealed by the club that they have released reserve goalkeeper Thembalethu Moses from his contract, while they remain in talks with Mamelodi Sundowns over the services of Musa Nyatama and Mukuka Mulenga.
