Free State Stars have been drawn to face Mamelodi Sundowns in the quarter-finals of the Telkom Knockout Challenge.
Ea lla koto beat Wits 1-0 over the weekend to progress to the next round while the rest of the teams in central South Africa all got knocked out.
Bloemfontein Celtic lost on penalties to Black Aces, Jomo Cosmos lost 2-1 to Maritzburg United and Kaizer Chiefs trashed the PSL leaders Platinum Stars 3-0.
New Free State Stars coach Ernst Middendorp is relishing the opportunity to face the Brazilians in the round of eight.
