Protests planned to close Huguenot Tunnel─── 06:10 Fri, 10 Jul 2015
Cape Town - Motorists using the Huguenot Tunnel on the N1 may experience some disruptions today due a planned protest there.
Members of Transport Union - SATAWU - are unhappy about their poor salary increases and working conditions.
But trade union federation Cosatu - has vowed to shut down the tunnel for the day.
However, Western Cape Traffic Chief - Kenny Africa - says protestors won't be allowed on the roads.
