The speech expected to be delivered next week by Premier Sisi Ntombela is expected to shed light on her plans for the year and what she intends to achieve.

The Deputy Speaker of the Legislature, Sizwe Mbalo, says expectations are high that Ntombela will speak on achievements of the province for the past five years, challenges experienced, and what still needs to be addressed.

Mbalo told OFM News that preparations for the speech to be delivered next week, February 19, are almost complete. He further stated that Ntombela will also speak on the state of the health and education departments, as they are the biggest departments in the province and plans to re-dress challenges they are plagued with.
