Taps have been dry for about four months in parts of Qwaqwa in the Free State.
Residents are relying on water trucks. They say they’ve had no clear answers from the Maluti-A-Phofung municipality.
Cosatu and the SACP in Free State say their pleas for help from government have fallen on deaf ears.
