#Dukwana implicates Magashule at #StateCaptureInquiry─── 13:13 Fri, 05 Apr 2019
The Free State rot allegedly perpetrated by ANC secretary-general, Ace Magashule, is being detailed at the state capture inquiry.
The province's former Economic Development MEC, Mxolisi Dukwana, is testifying.
He says he was forced to go to court to get documents he needed to testify.
Dukwana says he did not trust the Free State government to give him the documents he needed.
In the court application, Dukwana says that Magashule took him to the Gupta home in 2011.
Dukwana was later sacked after refusing to sign a letter given to him by Tony Gupta.
He wanted the six sets of information that would assist the commission of inquiry.
But, to this day, much of the information is missing.
He's especially keen to get cellphone records and access to his e-mails and diary from his time as MEC of Economic Development, Tourism and Agriculture.
Dukwana believes the information will prove his claims against Magashule.
Magashule has not, as yet, applied to cross-examine Dukwana and has consistently dismissed the allegations as malicious and baseless.
He has accused Dukwana of having an agenda.
