Thousands of Maluti-A-Phofung residents and school children have braced the cold weather and flocked to the Charles Mopeli Stadium at QwaQwa where President Cyril Ramaphosa and Premier Sisi Ntombela are expected to address Grade 10-12 learners.

It is during this programme where President Ramaphosa is expected to hand over tablets to Grade 10 learners from Thahameso Secondary School in Phuthaditjhaba.

This school is going to be the first to receive tablets since the official announcement by President Cyril Ramaphosa in his State of the Nation Address. The handing over of these tablets is done by the CLN Education Fund, which is the NPO that handles the pilot project in Free State.
