This comes after the two accused suspects in the case, Karabo Tau and Sizwe Mpati, did not take appear in the dock after court officials informed Mahamba that they did not have the manpower to accompany the suspects from the holding blocks to the appearance stand. OFM News' Pulane Choane reports that shortly thereafter, the court adjourned.

The two suspects were expected to make their bail appearance at the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court at 14:00, however, after more than 20 minutes of waiting for the suspects to appear, a frustrated Mahamba said it seemed the prosecution "does not have their house in order". She said that she did not take kindly to this as she rushed from another case in Bloemspruit to this one, only to find matters in disarray.

The court adjourned shortly thereafter, with the friends and family of the accused looking puzzled as to what would happen next. Moments after Mahamba left Court 21, the two accused persons were brought up to the stand, following which the bail proceedings for the suspects resumed. The proceedings are currently underway.
