A Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) collided with the van while the driver was allegedly making an illegal turn on the road. 

OFM News understands that the wife of the SUV's owner was rushed to hospital due to an injury sustained during the incident. 

Both drivers were seen walking and standing around the scene. 

OFM News spoke to the owner of the SUV, Jonathan Nichol, who says he hit the vehicle after he did a u-turn.

An eye witness, Christiaan van der Schyff, corroborate Nichol's statement.
