Selemela, a former waiter at Annie’s Country Kitchen at the entrance to the Preller Square Shopping Complex’s basement parking lot, gave damning testimony against Bakili and Mojalefa Jali Molusi last week. 

Selemela in his testimony placed Bakili, Molusi and Siemens' self-confessed shooter, Xolisile Mbebeto - who is currently serving a 22-year life term in prison - at the scene of the crime. 

On Thursday, Selemela wrapped up his testimony by helping state prosecutor Johan de Nysschen corroborate a video on events during the final meeting point between Siemens and Bakili, less than an hour before the former CityMed MD and shareholder was gunned down on May 10, 2018. 

On Friday, the testimony of chartered accountant, André Dames, revealed that shareholders of the CityMed Day Hospital in Bloemfontein were allegedly kept in the dark about Siemens' dealings with Bakili.
