The Provincial spokesperson, Motantshi Makhele, says it is alleged the suspects confronted the 55-year-old farm owner, Dries van der Walt, with firearms and ordered him to get into the house.

The suspects then tied both his hands and feet. They went to the safe and took 6 firearms, 3 shot guns, 1 202 rifle rounds and 2 handguns.

They then fled the scene with a Black Nissan NP200 belonging to the victim.

Makhele says a case of house robbery is being investigated and no arrests have been made yet.

The Provincial Commissioner, Baile Motswenyane, is appealing to anyone with information that might assist in arresting these suspects to contact the Tweeling Station Commander, Captain Rauhla Mokoena, on 082 419 6709 or CRIMESTOP number 08600 101.
