Matlosana municipal manager's case postponed to May─── 14:25 Fri, 24 Apr 2020
The court case against the Matlosana municipal manager Roger Nkhumise was postponed today after he made a brief appearances before the Klerksdorp regional court in North West.
Nkhumise is facing charges related to contravening the municipal finance management act.
North West Hawks spokesperson Captain Tlangelani Rikhotso said the matter has been postponed to May 22 for a trial date to be set.
The allegations against Nkhumise relate to irregularities surrounding an 8 million rand tender for the supply and delivery of paraffin to indigents communities.
