FS murder suspect commits suicide─── MARVIN NTSANE 14:38 Tue, 26 May 2020
A man wanted for the murder of a woman and her two children were found dead, presumably after committing suicide, in Sasolburg on Tuesday.
Free State police spokesperson, Motantshi Makhele, says the deceased - the 42-year-old Andrew Mokhoro - is believed to be the husband of a 37-year-old woman who was, together with her two children, murdered in Extension 3 in Zamdela last week.
Makhele says he was a wanted suspect in this triple murder case, and adds no foul play is suspected in Mokhoro's death.
OFM News previously reported that a mother and her two sons, aged 7 and 9, were found murdered in a bedroom in their home.
According to Makhele all three of them appeared to have been stabbed with a sharp object. Makhele further added that a 16-year-old boy was also at the house, unharmed, but the deceased's husband was nowhere to be found after.
