According to police spokesperson, Thandi Mbambo, Homoyi was found unharmed in Bothaville yesterday after being reported missing last month.

She says it is alleged that he left his home after being scolded by his parents for bad behaviour.

Mbambo says he was found by a resident, Lebohang Mokgatsi, who recognised his face from an online missing person’s report.

She further adds that Mokgatsi alerted the police.

Meanwhile, the Provincial Commissioner, Baile Motswenyane, thanked Mokgatsi, who is the father of two girls, for his caring nature. She also thanked the media for circulating Homoyi’s photos and report.
