#CoronavirusFS: Several police stations operational again─── 06:48 Mon, 13 Jul 2020
Communities serviced by the Theunissen, Vredefort and Parys Police Stations should take note that they are fully operational again.
The public can now again access services at these stations, which were temporarily closed after members contracted Covid-19.
The buildings have since been decontaminated and affected members have been subjected to necessary Covid-19 related protocols.
All these processes were done through the advice and guidance of the Department of Health officials.
Major General Lesia expressed gratitude to communities for their patience and assured them that service delivery will not be hampered during these processes.
He also thanked SAPS employees for their commitment during these trying times, and encouraged them to follow all precautionary measures to ensure their safety at all times.
