The search for a taxi driver continues in Wesselsbron, after his family filed a missing person report.
According to police spokesperson, Motantsi Makhele, Mosoeu Joshua Mocheko (76) was performing a service to local street vendors on Saturday in his white Toyota Quantum at Hoopstad.
After dropping the vendors off in Hoopstad, Mocheko reportedly notified a family member that he was not feeling well.
Mocheko was last seen wearing a black and white Adidas sweater, grey tracksuit pants and brown Grasshopper shoes.
‘’When they called him back someone unknown to them answered Mocheko’s cellphone. His cellphone has since been switched off. Anyone who might know the whereabouts of Mocheko can please contact Detective Constable Moeletsi Maretele at 072 302 0990,’’ Makhele says.
