NW preliminary exams run smoothly─── MARVIN NTSANE 12:21 Tue, 15 Sep 2020
The grade 12's first preliminary examination ran smoothly in the North West on Monday.
This, as the provincial Education MEC, Mmaphefo Matsemela, expresses happiness as 38 310 grade 12s sat and wrote the English First Paper. Matsemela’s spokesperson, Elias Malindi, says she thanks all the communities and believes that the exams will continue without any disruptions. She also encourages all the grade 12 learners to work hard in these exams as they will be added to their results at the end of the year.
Malindi adds Matsemela says: “We have tightened all processes for the question papers not to be leaked, right from printing to school level. We have contracted private security to the storage point. The preliminary examinations will be concluded on 2 October 2020 with the writing of Economics P2.”
