NC woman arrested with Swazi Skunk Dagga─── 15:34 Wed, 23 Sep 2020
Police members from Kimberley, the Kimberley K9 Unit, and Crime Intelligence raided a house from where drugs were allegedly sold.
An adult female was arrested and police also confiscated an undisclosed amount of cash, says police spokesperson, Sergio Kock.
Police searched the premises and found 4,938kg of Swazi Skunk Dagga, with an estimated street value of R641 940.
The suspect is expected to appear in the Postmasburg Magistrate's Court on charges of dealing in dagga soon. The investigation continues.
The Provincial Commander for Organised Crime in the Northern Cape, Wilmo Vermeulen, lauded the members for a job well done and also appreciates the community for their role played in this arrest.
