Anyone can enter. Each person needs to either dance, walk or cycle along their own 5 or 10-kilometre route. Plus the winner shares the R10 000 prize where R5000 goes to a charity. Entries are R100 per person. To enter visit the OFM website at www.ofm.co.za

The beneficiary of the proceeds of the race is the South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG). Mental illness, and the stigma surrounding it, is a critical issue in South Africa. SADAG is at the forefront of patient advocacy, education and de-stigmatisation of mental illness in the country.
