Members of the public are encouraged to participate and film themselves or their loved ones run, walk, cycle or dance along their own 5km or 10km route.

OFM has already involved stars of the Bloemfontein-based cricket team, the VKB Knights, and the Toyota Cheetahs rugby team.

Registration to the event is R100 on the OFM website, and you will receive a branded OFM T-shirt to wear while you move.

All proceeds will go towards the South African Depression and Anxiety Group.

Participants stand a chance to win R5000 for themselves and R5000 for a charity of their choice.

All you have to do is take a selfie in your branded T-shirt, share to social media with the hashtag #LetsMove and tag OFM on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to be entered into the lucky draw.
