There are only a few days left ahead of the Let’s Move campaign. OFM, in collaboration with Mondia Health, is hosting the virtual race in support of mental health.

The young Free State Toyota Cheetahs wing, Duncan Saal, has challenged the VKB Knights' Grant Mokoena to encourage listeners, or anyone who is big on health, to support this initiative on Saturday 14 November 2020.

Participants stand a chance of winning R5000 just by snapping a selfie in their branded Let’s Move T-shirt which you receive by entering the race. You then share your selfie with the hashtag ‘#LetsMove’ and tag OFM on Facebook and Twitter.

You can register to join the race at just R100 on the OFM website: www.ofm.co.za. All proceeds will go towards the South African Depression and Anxiety Group.
