Chaos erupted minutes ago in front of the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court where former Free State Premier and ANC Secretary-General, Ace Magashule, is about to make his first appearance in the asbestos case on Friday.
A group from the crowd of people gathering in front of the court attacked a DA member of the Free State Legislature, Roy Jankielsohn.
OFM News’ Blaine Jones and Leatile Leiee were reporting from the outside of the courthouse when they saw how a group of people started kicking and attacking Jankielsohn.
A huge crowd is gathered at the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court – dressed in ANC-branded clothes – to support Magashule.
OFM News spoke to Jankielsohn minutes after the attack.
