Seven N8 accident victims discharged─── LUCKY NKUYANE 13:46 Mon, 16 Nov 2020
Seven people who suffered minor to moderate injuries in this weekend's accident on the N8, which has claimed six lives so far, including three children's, have been discharged from hospital.
The Free State EMS spokesperson, Sipho Towa, confirms that only two of the patients are still receiving medical treatment in the Pelonomi Hospital. On Saturday at around 18:00 a light motor vehicle and a sedan collided head-on and in the process claimed the lives of six people. Five were declared dead on the scene.
OFM News previously reported that an eight-year-old girl, who was airlifted to hospital, lost her life due to the injuries she sustains during the accident.
