In the middle of self-confessed assassin Xolisile Botha Mbebetho’s testimony, Bloemfontein High Court Judge Pitso Molitsoane briefly turned his attention to a police officer present in court who was caught taking pictures of the convicted assassin whilst he was in the witness box.

De Nysschen informed the Judge about the officer's behaviour which landed him in hot water. 

The officer was told to never take any pictures because he was not given permission to do so. Soon after the tongue lashing by Molitsoane, the officer vacated the courtroom. 

Mbebetho will continue with his testimony on Tuesday.
