Radio presenter vows to clear his name─── LUCKY NKUYANE 07:53 Sun, 24 Jan 2021

Lesedi FM's multi-award winning presenter vows to clear his name following fraud charges of R1.7 million against him by the Free State Hawks.
The Botshabelo born Motseki Godfrey Leine, also known as "Ba2cada" says he will prove that he does not make a lot of money as it has been alleged.
This follows his arrest by the provincial Hawks after the South African Revenue Service (SARS) reported him to the authorities for allegedly submitting false tax returns from the period of 2014 to 2018.
He concedes that he has issued tax returns and adds that "unfortunately as young business people, issues of tax returns are a challenge that many face".
He was nabbed following a preliminary probe by SARS which reported the matter to the Hawks in November 2019.
"We are all going to pass the stage where you will be forced to have an accountant responsible to account for any single cent that you have or spend. This too shall pass [and] just have to prove to them that I don't make a lot of money through my hustles as they allege, nothing personal," he adds.
He recently appeared in the Bloemfontein Regional Court on charges of fraud and was released on R5 000 bail. His case was postponed to 22 February 2021 for a trial date.
