The Bloemfontein regional court sentenced Lepita Nkota, a cow herder, to two life terms for his crimes against the two boys in October of the said year.

Police spokesperson, Motantsi Makhele, in a statement says the 37-year-old man lured the two, aged 7 and 4 respectively, to bushes where he raped them on different occasions. 

Makhele says the man was apprehended after one of the boys told his friends who then informed elders, which led to the incident being reported to the Bloemspruit police.
