Medical staff deployed to Tswaing─── 09:43 Wed, 03 Feb 2021
The North West Department of Health has deployed a team of health professionals, specialists and medical doctors to the Tswaing Local Municipality.
They will be stationed there until end of February to help deal with the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
The team joins health workers doing screening and testing in Letsopa and areas including Atamelang, Agisanang, as well as the Ditsobatla Local Municipality.
Departmental spokesperson Tebogo Lekgethwane confirmed the deployment to OFM News, adding that the intention is to stay in hotspot areas.
