Water supply interruptions expected in parts of Jouberton─── 09:25 Sat, 01 May 2021
Residents of Jouberton near Klerksdorp in the North West will experience an interruption in water supply today and tomorrow.
Areas such as Extension 1, 12, 17 and 25 are amongst those that will be affected.
The spokesperson of the City of Matlosana Local Municipality, Ntswaki Makhetha, told OFM News the interruption is due to municipal workers cleaning reservoirs as part of the municipality's annual maintenance programme.
Residents are urged to use water sparingly and make use of water tankers that will be on standby to supply them with water.
The municipality has apologised for the inconvenience.
