Harrismith water interruption continues─── 12:04 Fri, 09 Jul 2021
Most of Harrismith’s residents in the Free State awoke to dry taps this morning once again following earlier technical problems faced by the Wilge Water Treatment Plant.
This is according to Maluti-A-Phofung Water (MAP Water) spokesperson, Tebogo Kwakwa, who told OFM News on Friday morning their team is already on site working on the problem.
They hope to restore water to affected residents before the end of the day.
Affected areas include Wilgepark, Harrismith town, Lotusville, Westersen, Bersig, Kingshill, Bergview complex, and Intabazwe.
She concludes by saying that MAP Water would like to apologise to residents for any convenience caused.
