Sebuwasengwe says after many local publications rejected him, his book was published by AuthorHouse, a publication in the United Kingdom. He says South African publishing houses did not answer any of his calls or emails. Moleko Art Project is a book about poems on various relationships, politics, religion, and every other aspect of life.

Sebuwasengwe says his love for writing came from his passion towards creative writing back in school. In September 2019, after getting the attention of AuthorHouse, Moleko’s very first book was published.

“The support of the people, they are calling me, sending me messages of encouragement... They want to see the book in the market and inside the stores, which is also a dream of mine - seeing people buying my book from the shelves,” Sebuwasengwe says.

“In April 2019, a consultant from AuthorHouse contacted me to ask more about my book and what type of poems I want to publish,” Sebuwasengwa says. The book is not avaialable in stores yet. Moleko is currently selling it out of hand, hopeful that he’ll find a distributing company in order for his book to be available nationwide.

His dream is to distribute his book internationally. For those who want to get their hands on a copy, visit Moleko Art Project on Facebook.
