Duo to appear in NW court for dealing in drugs worth R75 000─── BLAINE JONES 13:23 Mon, 11 Oct 2021

Two men from the North West are due to appear in the Taung Magistrate’s Court for dealing in drugs.
The two suspects, 29-year-old Thapelo Johny and 25-year-old Atlegang Puoeng, were arrested after drugs with a combined value of R79 000 were found by the police at a house in Pudimoe. Police spokesperson, Sam Tselanyane, says during the search, police found 26 bags of dagga and 900 packets of nyaope. Tselanyane says the duo will appear in court this Thursday, 14 October 2021.
“According to reports, police received information about an alleged drug dealing activity in Pudimoe and applied for a search warrant. A search was duly conducted at the identified house where the accused were found. Both suspects are expected to appear for a formal bail application,” says Tselanyane.
