The police in Thabong are calling on the Free State public to help assist in two missing person cases.
According to police spokesperson, Stephen Thakeng, in the first case the 42-year-old Mantwa Nanny Kareli was last seen on 17 November on her way to work. In the second case, the 60-year-old Meshack Kgape Tlhobo allegedly walked out of the house while the family was still sleeping.
Thakeng explains Kareli was reported missing by her sister-in-law, who was expecting to see her on 14 November but she never arrived. She was carrying a beige handbag.

Tlhobo allegedly disappeared previously and was brought home by members of the Welkom Flying Squad. A case of a missing person was opened by Tlhobo’s brother.
