Sebokeng residents without power for over a month─── 15:19 Mon, 06 Dec 2021
Residents of Sebokeng, zone 13, have blocked Moshoeshoe Street as part of an electricity protest.
Residents have reportedly been without electricity for over a month now, and took to the street to voice their frustrations.
Two weeks ago, Eskom withdrew its technicians from this area, amid safety concerns because of angry community members.
Eskom has, however, promised to attend to the problem as soon as the rain stops.
Police visibility in the area is high as they monitor the situation.
