The nine who are accused of murder, defeating the ends of justice and kidnapping have just arrived at the town's Magistrate Court.

The suspects were escorted by the police's tactical team and Correctional Services officers. At least three state vehicles drove in a convoy to transport the suspects who are on Tuesday making their second appearance.

A group of residents followed the vehicles to the back entrance where the suspects were being offloaded. Some residents can be heard chanting the names of the suspects as they got out of the police vans.

Residents are expected to once again protest outside the court premises. They are calling for the release of the nine suspects. These nine suspects, including two Lesotho nationals, are accused of killing an 18-year-old teenage boy whose body was retrieved a few days ago from a shallow grave. The police are currently outside the court premises keeping a watchful eye.
