It has been said that most doctors and nurses at the hospital have tested positive for Covid-19, which has badly affected services. 

However, the hospital's interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Fanyana Moloi, denies these claims. 

He said working conditions are normal, except that here and there some employees have tested positive, and not all doctors and nurses - as claimed on social media. 

He further indicated that patients are safe and being monitored as is standard practice. F

urthermore, Moloi said the hospital has decided to prohibit visitors from entering the hospital, for the safety of patients. 

He concluded that those who spread lies about the hospital on social media platforms should be probed and face the full might of the law.
