Police need help to find teenage girl's family─── TSHEHLA KOTELI 15:25 Thu, 06 Jan 2022
A girl who identified herself as Karabo was found crying next to a butchery business in Welkom CBD on Thursday morning.
According to the police’s spokesperson, Stephen Thakeng, members of Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sexual Offences Unit were engaged and tried several times to talk to the girl, but she does not say much.
She is believed to be between the ages of 16 and 17 years old. Karabo was found in possession of a cell phone that only has four contacts, of which one is a foreigner residing in Durban.
