The Commander in Chief and EFF President, Julius Malema, says it is not an excuse for the newly appointed Mangaung councillors that they’re still new in their seats and have not had time to deliver services.
The reigning political party in the Mangaung Metro has to prioritise service delivery, he says.
Malema’s visit to Mangaung was to inspect sites that have suffered severe sewage spillages. The residents in Bloemfontein have walked Malema around, pointing out the sewage spillages they have to live with. He visited four places in Bloemfontein, namely the Batho Location, Heidedal, Mallykaap, and Turflaagte.
