It is alleged that between 2018 and 2021 victims invested their money in a company - known as Integrated Investment Inn - with the promise of receiving a return of 10 percent interest in their investments.
Singo says the victims did not receive their money as promised, and the company has since vacated its premises in Ladybrand.
