The MEC for Education in the North West has cautioned operators who transport learners to school against reckless driving.
This follows after two accidents involving school buses which led to death of two learners from Bloemhof primary school, leaving other learners injured earlier this week.
Departmental spokesperson Elias Malindi said that teachers and learners from Bloemhof Primary were offered counselling, while officials from the Education Department visited Kromellenboog Agric Focus Combined in Christiana.
