The sheriff has removed several pieces of office furniture from the building which houses the Free State Department of Social Development.
When OFM News spoke to the Department’s acting spokesperson, Lindiwe Mnguni, she explained that she could not explain why their furniture was taken, as the matter is currently with the relevant stakeholders and their legal team.
OFM News previously reported that furniture was being taken from the building and being loaded onto bakkies.
Police officials were also present at the scene.
Mnguni further explained as soon as there is any information she would share it with the media.
