Mangaung police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating a missing 73-year-old man suffering from dementia.
Reports indicate that he was last seen during the day on 8 June 2022.
According to a statement released by the South African Police Service, John Jacob Moeletsi was last seen at Maseti Street, Phahameng, in Mangaung. During the last sighting, John wore gray pants, a beige jersey with white stripes, blue sneakers, and a black beret. According to reports, his dog (black and gray in color) disappeared with him.
Anyone with information regarding John's whereabouts is asked to contact the investigating officer, Sergeant S. Vinger, at 082 527 7375 or 051 406 4401/2/3.
