The Department of Economic, Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (Destea) has launched an outreach programme targeting the Free State Youth.
According to a statement issued by Destea, the outreach programme is aimed at uplifting and supporting local businesses in disadvantaged and rural municipalities across the Free State.
This as a second such outreach programme was held at Memel Stadium near the Phumelela Municipal offices on Friday.
