Clothing worth half a million stolen at mall─── TSHEHLA KOTELI 09:13 Sun, 26 Jun 2022
A store which sells men’s clothing at Mimosa Mall in Bloemfontein was robbed of more than half a million rands worth of clothing.
According to police spokesperson, Sinah Mpakane, apart from the clothes, the reported eight suspects robbed the store of an undisclosed amount of money, a laptop, and a police officer who was at the store during the robbery was robbed of his service pistol.
Upon arrival at the mall, police learned that around 18:00 the robbers reportedly walked in through all the entrances of the mall.
Some shoppers from different stores in the mall were also robbed of their belongings.

Park Road Police have requested the public’s assistance with any information that could lead to the arrest of the suspects involved with the robbery - which occurred on Friday, 24 June.
The suspects managed to flee the scene in a white Toyota Corolla and silver Toyota Yaris.
