A supporter of President Cyril Ramaphosa in the Free State, Mxolisi Dukwana, has gotten the upper hand ahead of the provincial electoral conference for the ruling party.
A faction that supports Mxolisi Dukwana for the ANC Free State chairperson has won the Mangaung regional conference. This comes ahead of the provincial conference.
However, while the regional conference was under way, a parallel conference also took place in Bloemfontein.
