North West hospital looking for family of deceased man─── LUCKY NKUYANE 21:29 Mon, 31 Jul 2023
The management of the Jouberton-based Tshepong Tertiary Hospital outside Klerksdorp in the North West has pleaded with residents to help locate the family of a young man who passed on at the hospital recently.
The suspected homeless young man was found in critical condition by emergency personnel.
The hospital manager, Thulane Madonsela, said the deceased was found by Emergency Medical Rescue Services (EMRS) personnel on the R30 Road at Orkney on 25 July at around 19:00.
The deceased was in a critical condition. He had no clothes on when he was found. He has tattoos on the left arm and both legs. "It is further stated that he was carrying a maroon luggage bag which had a toiletry bag and a small bag that had a broken phone screen, old phone batteries, and a piece of toilet paper in it."

The unknown male was admitted to Tshepong’s ICU.
"Tshepong Management is requesting assistance to trace the family of the deceased unknown male who was admitted to Tshepong’s ICU on 25 July 2023."
Community members who might have information to assist in linking him with his family are requested to contact Tshepong's Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
“The contact person is Sr Mosete (018 406 3349), the unit manager. Your assistance in this regard will be highly appreciated. The Klerksdorp/Tshepong Hospital's Management would like to extend their deepest condolences to the family of the unknown deceased man and hope to help locate them.”
