Henrik Malick (53) was sentenced to a R5000 fine when he appeared before the Zeerust Magistrates' Court on Friday (8/12) for dealing in counterfeit goods.
He was arrested by the Hawks in November 2022, following the execution of a search and seizure warrant at Aisha Fashions in Zeerust.
47 items bearing the brand marks of Nike and Adidas, suspected to be counterfeit goods, were seized.
Malick entered into a plea agreement with the state.
He made his final appearance yesterday, where he was found guilty on 47 counts of dealing in counterfeit goods.
Malick paid a R5000 admission of guilt fee.
